Frequently Asked Questions
Can we check in early?
Our properties are 95% occupied, so early check-in can be a challenge since our cleaners need to make sure the house is ready for your arrival. We offer early check-in, but you must notify us through the platform (Airbnb or Vrbo) in advance.
Where is the house located?
The properties are centrally located near Sarasota Bay, 3 minutes from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport and 10 minutes from Sarasota downtown. You can literally peek at the Sarasota Bay from the properties!
How far is it from the beaches?
Our properties are located near the best beaches in the country. The properties are between 15-25 minutes from the beaches. Lido Key is about 10 min, Siesta Key is about 20 minutes, and Ana Maria Island is about 25 minutes from the house.
Do you allow pets?
We accept dogs. There's a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. There are certain breeds of dogs we can't accept due to our insurance policy. We don't accept cats.
Can I add more people to the reservation?
Each property has a max number of people it can host. You can add more people as long as you're within the number allowed per property. However, you must let us know and update the reservation on Airbnb or VRBO to reflect the accurate number of people coming.
Is there a full kitchen for our family?
Yes. We provide a fully-stocked kitchen with all the utensils necessary to prep and cook a great meal with family and friends.
Can we check out late?
Our properties are occupied 95% of the time, which creates challenges to allow late checkout. However, we allow late check out on case-by-case basis for a fee, so please check with us before you check out date. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer umbrella and beach chairs?
All of the properties are equipped with beach equipment, from umbrellas, and chairs to kids' beach toys. Have any requests? Please contact us here. We'd be more than happy to accommodate you.
Do you allow parties?
No, we do not. Our properties are located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in the best part of Sarasota. Parties are not allowed at all. We love our guests, but we also love our neighbors. We want you to have fun with respect.
Do you have a crib for my baby?
Yes, we do. Our properties are equipped with a bassinet, pack-n-play, a high chair, and baby monitor. If you have any other request, please let us know.
What's the number of people allowed to stay at a time?
The number of people allowed per property is listed in each listing on Airbnb or VRBO. Some of our properties can host between 12 and 15 people per stay. Please, check each listing for accuracy. If you have a special request, please reach out to us here.
Is there a grill on the property?
Yes. Our properties are equipped with grills so you can gather with family in the lanai and cook some delicious food. The propane can be exchanged at a gas station nearby.

This year, we chose Sarasota, Florida, as our holiday destination. When we arrived, everything was perfect. The view from the front door to the outside pool area was stunning. The four large rooms were beautiful and private. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Having a private backyard and private pool area was perfect. The large table was perfect for family meals and game nights. We loved how Laise labeled everything, making navigating a new kitchen so much easier. The kids loved the waffle maker, which allowed them to be creative in the kitchen along with the adults as we made breakfast. The property was close to destinations like St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Key, the other famous beaches, and a short drive to Anna Maria Island. Everything was clean, organized and they had everything our family needed to make our stay a positive experience. They were great at communicating and the location of their home was located next to many places one might need to visit. Grocery stores, Target, shopping, restaurants and beaches were all close by.
